Responsibility to manage, lead and control construction projects and renovation works targeted by the bank. In addition to manage IT procurement, general procurement, contracts, warehouses and security of the Bank.
Direct responsibility to the following centers at the Bank:
1- Engineering
2- IT Procurement
3 - General Procurement
4 - Contracts
5 - Printing and Warehouses
6 - Security
7 - Administrative affairs
Responsibility to manage, lead and control construction projects and renovation works targeted by the bank. Enhance space management and improve space optimization and implement a proper space planning system. Responsible for Contract Administration. Lead, supervise and improve the performance of all the related employees. Yearly budget responsible at is approximately 45, 000, 000 USD.
Direct responsibility to the following projects:
1- Housing Bank New Headquarter Project
2- Housing Bank new model branches (Inside and outside Jordan)
3- Housing Bank (Abdoun) Park Project
4-New headquarter project in Ramallah -Palestine
* Project Management Responsibilities.
* Prepare feasibility studies and income statement.
* Conduct a thorough and complete detailed review of the design documents in all phases.
* Assist in preparation of terms of reference (TOR) / Request for proposals (RFP) / Business plans…
* Manage project(s) through the full project life cycle from planning stage to full implementation & closing
* Job Objective is to Monitor & Control the Project and Coordination to Ensure Contract Compliance and Delivery.

* Prepare Material/Proposals Requirement For Participation in Design RFP / Competitions (When Required)
* Prepare formal review report with recommendations, for all design phases submittals by consultant in coordination with assigned submittals.

* Project Manager (Private Residence in Abdoun-Amman)
* Head of Architectural and Technical Development (Kempinski Hotel Project in Shmeisani)
* Preparing Project Programs Using Primavera.
* Responsible for preparing the architectural, electrical & mechanical working drawings
* Co-ordination between the different aspects of work (architectural, Electrical & mechanical)(Co-ordinate working drawings.
* Participated in pricing different projects & preparing pre-qualification documents.
* Supervising finishing works (stone cladding, wood works, tiling…etc) in a five stars international hotel in Shmeisani- Amman & in a private residence in Abdoun- Amman
