Providing logistical and supply services for all departments.
• Following up the implementation of rules and regulations for all staff.
• Implementation of purchasing for goods and services for premises.

Maintenance of inventory records using ERP System, Including full store operation supervision, movement of materials, issuing, safety stock and etc.
Training subordinates, providing appropriate coaching guidance, supervision to subordinates, and complete annual performance evaluations.
•Inspection work of site electrical instruments including testing and reporting to site engineer.
•Monitoring and controlling the supply of catering for all project labors at an accurately time manner.
•Supervising supply chain of production materials to the project and controlling the inbound and outbound in daily basis including coordination between site engineers and suppliers to receive construction materials (production lead time and process engineering)
•Preparing weekly and monthly sheets reporting logistics and supply chain operation to the top management.
•Receiving Purchase orders from sales and marketing team from SAP system and preparing the shipping documents including packing list, Certificate of Origin and other required documents for clearance to all Middle East and GCC countries by land.
•Direct supervision of scheduling and dispatching of trucks for the international shipments.
•Demand Planning and following up with the drivers and boarder line authorities for clearance purpose.
•Leading of a containers sealing team, supervision of containers sealing process and scheduling for dispatch.
•Making insurance policies requests, following tanker
clearance process, and vessel Scheduling (incoterms)
•Attending daily process control sheet meetings, previewing, and discussing daily dispatch process with top management.
