Meeting the high expectations of the client /project manager for a fast track project.
Prepare, co-ordinate and issue the Taking over Certificate of the work.
Enhancing project quality control procedures to achieve higher quality standards.
Ensuring that all services and structural components are fully integrated into the contractor’s documentation and liaising with all consultants to achieve full integration of documentation.
Carry out inspections of work when necessary and ensuring that all design work is integrated into the contractor’s documentation.
Following up submittals, shop drawing, and all related documentations.
Review shop drawings, technical submittals and RFI's and issue SI's when necessary.
Prepare, submit and follow-up revised drawings with local authorities.
Fully responsible for the supervision of building.
The work involves coordination with Dubai Municipality for structural inspection and other related matters in addition obtaining other approvals required from Dubai Municipality.
Concrete supervision of staff, maintaining a database of the project, and monitoring the overall progress of work and the general projects.
Following up all sub-contractors, shop drawing, coordination drawing, submittals, and consultant instructions.
