.Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts

.Prepare the cheques and any other related financial transactions

.Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Revenue Recognition

.Register the new Fixed Assets

. Reconcile accounts Payable, Receivable and
Prepaid Expenses

.Process journal entries to ensure all payment transactions are recorded and reconciled
appropriately.

.Review expenses, revenues, payroll records, reports, etc. as assigned

.Prepare weekly cash position report

.Control over petty cash

Journalize Daily transaction of Assets, Liabilities, and Capital accounts.
.Journalize Daily transaction of Revenues and Expenses accounts.
.Reconcile bank statements.
.Pay invoices by verifying transaction information’s, scheduling, preparing disbursements and
obtaining authorization of payment.
.Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies
and procedures.
.Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies
and procedures.
.Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting the concerned
person.
.Calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings.
.Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions.
.Manage and forecast cash requirements.
.Banking transfer controlling.
.Letter of Credit.
.Letter of Guarantee.
.Control over petty cash
