As a team leader studied, designed, development of codes, assigning task to the team member and key player in Human Resource Outsource System (HROS). HROS is a comprehensive, intranet/internet, multi-product STP outsource solution developed for the Mobily Human Resource. HROS is full HR process delivery. It has the Transaction processing (benefits, overtime, addition and deduction amount, per dim and payroll). It has feature like Vendor aggregation and management. AMS - Systems (MS SQL database) integration with HROS (Oracle), automates the calculation and reporting of hours worked and paid time off based on company's pay policies, making it easier for manage labor costs, control overtime. Its enforced attendance and leave policies more consistently, track intermittent leave. Notification system (email) is integrated with all the process (Employee active, resign, terminate in the HROS. Attendance over write, employee late to office or absent or under time. Salary change request, position change request and location request. If position created or made any changes to position, notification will fire to concerns department and heads). HROS has the auto invoice, invoice will generate from system, and notification will move forward to department head along with invoice. After the approval from head invoice send to finance dept. HROS has strong user and profile management. Customized report has been developed. Auditing option is facilitated in HROS. Messaging option is developed. It’s a web based application. HROS is developed mainly based on Oracle Developer Web-enabled Forms/Reports (Internet Explorer), Oracle JDeveloper (JHEAD START) J2EE; Oracle Database Server 10g and Oracle Internet Application Server 10gAS on SUN Solaris 10.

RAAT is tool for comprehensive revenue monitoring and forecasting and simulation. It Collect and analyze data from disparate sources (Intelligent Network, Billing System, Mediation and CRM). Analyze and report on information correlated from many domains and dimensions. Forecast rate plan effects on existing base and revenues. RAAT developed mainly based on Oracle, SAAP Business Object.
Dashboard screen has been developed to present concise summary and/or detailed information
Detail Revenue. Payments, Adjustment, Major Gain, Major Drop by Service, free usage, gross by service reports has been developed using many domain like (Intelligent Network, Billing System, Mediation) .

WL is mainly used for trading the stock in the stock exchange. WL request and accepts the BUY AND SELL transaction FIX Tags messages in the Stock exchange.
