• I took in charge as the Snr regional manager (General) in 2010 July at the time I was given in charge of North western and Eastern region.
• In 2011 and 2012 the proved my stance in both the regions where as the non performing Eastern region also started to perform and achieved 100% of the target.
• In latter part of 2012 I was re-assigned to north and north western region. A totally new market to be groomed from the bottom.
• In the mid of 2013 I was assigned to overlook Family Takaful in my region.
