•Support the USGAAP closing activities for two companies in Saudi Arabia.
•Prepare accounts reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis
•Support in the preparation of audit packs and statutory financial statements.
•Prepare tax reports and comply with Saudi tax regulations
•Ensure compliance with Dow’s internal control policies and procedures.
•Attend to various ad-hoc requests (legal, purchasing & Human Resources).
•Provide financial expertise for special projects.
• Work with Legal to establish new Dow entity
• Cost control compliance

Auditing all incoming invoices and apply all contractual adjustments before submission to client.
Invoicing clients and follow up with transaction till payment in concluded
Applying contractual agreements and discounts to all jobs handled
Calculating drilling and measurements charges

Preparing payments for all Vendors and employees
Recording of daily transactions in G/L
Preparation of monthly payroll
Handling employee advances, commission, and loans.
Handling recurring for leasing and advance housing
Posting daily and monthly transactions (Payroll - expenses & Advances)
