- Evaluate the needs of the client and change the manual to automated work and apply Document Management System (DMS), Correspondence Tracking System (CTS) and Workflow System in the organization.
- Define and review the business case and requirements by regular reviews and controls to ensure that the client receives the system that he wants and needs.
- Develop and write a project plan and update it on the project progress.
- Partner with the end users, work with project sponsors and other management to establish progress and direction of the project by achieving goals, reaching targets, solving problems, mitigating risks.
- Manage the technology, people, and change in order to achieve goals.
- Responsible for the analysis and design of one of the most reliable sources and tools required in the Saudi Stock Market to make right decisions.
- Development and implementation the project (Mostathmer Plus) which developed using .NET technology platform with SQL Server database and CMS backend.
- Develop the main content application for the company using windows and web-services technology.

- Develop Accounting and Stock Control system for clients as per their requirements.
