- Ensure above 90% efficient cost reporting by designing and implementing the MIS (Monitoring information System) while integrating with cost accounting and project teams.
- Produce the project planned cash flow in coordination with the planning team, ensuring an accurate funding plan for each project.
- Produce a comprehensive monthly cost management report utilizing earned value management and present the periodic project status to concerned stakeholders.
- Review the commitment report produced by the cost accountant team.
- Monitor and control equipment, material, labor, subcontractor, and indirect costs with budget outputs.
- Guide the project management team utilizing areas of concern in conjunction with the recommended preventive and corrective action to concerned stakeholders results in cutting up to 5% of the project cost.
- Preparing claims and identify the cost impact for any potential change orders ensuring clear communication with stakeholders successfully claiming up to 7 million SAR.
- Manage subcontractor processes from a cost perspective, starting with the planning phase by assessing the subcontractor prices to monitor the progress and review the invoices up to the closing phase reducing up to 500 thousand SAR in cost.
- Audit and approve civil-related purchase orders from a cost perspective verifying scope, cost, coding, and payment terms compatibility with contract saving up to 4 million SAR in the process.
