Responsible for supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HCM production environment.

Responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining and support Oracle applications as per requirement of the business.

1. Participate in implementation of Human Capital Management (Core HR, Payroll and Self Service) .
2. Support:
Support and troubleshooting of the existing developed applications (Forms, Reports, and interfaces).
3. Database Structure Design:
Database structure design for Tables, views, sequences, synonyms and database triggers etc.
4. Application Development:
Development of forms and reports (forms and reports development for the whole application and register under Oracle applications).
Oracle Concurrent Program
Creation of SQL packages, functions and procedures etc.
5. Integration and interfacing:
Integration of customized application with Oracle Standard application, data migration and data load.
6. Oracle Alerts, Forms Personalization, OAF Personalization.
7. Workflow, Approval Management Engine (AME).
8. BI Publisher and Oracle discoverer.
9. Training and implementation:
Training user.
Implementation of the applications.
Technical Documentation.
10. Support on Service Desk:
Ensure SD tickets are resolved within SLA’s.
Ensure customer satisfaction is kept to at least 95%.
11. Project Assignments:
Ensure assignment are completed within the agreed deadline.
Ensure all work is fully documented.

-Responsible for developing new application to meet the requirement for customers.
