-Supervising team of contracts administrators and quantity surveyors involved in tasks including interim payment
applications, variation orders, contractual amendments, novation agreements, final account and discharge.
-Ensuring meticulous compliance of all main contract and subcontract packages with company policies and procedures.
-Conducting regular contract reviews and audits to identify areas for enhancement of standardized contract suites.
-Coordinating with the legal department and external legal counsel for the preparation of technical defense and claims

under Main Contracts with Clients, and liaising with Claims Consultants whenever said claims are prepared externally.
-Assessing and evaluating Subcontractor claims and preparation of robust rebuttals and responses, where applicable.
-Contributed to the planning and design phase of projects, including developing project plans, cost estimates, and resource
allocation.
-Conducted site investigations and surveys to assess project feasibility, analyze site conditions, and identify potential
challenges.
-Played a key role in the design and engineering of structures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
-Assumed responsibility for overseeing construction activities and managing project sites, ensuring adherence to project
specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
-Coordinated and managed construction activities, including material procurement, equipment deployment, and
workforce allocation.
-Conducted regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement necessary corrective measures.
-Assisted senior structural engineers in the design and analysis of various structural components, including beams, columns,
and foundations, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
-Conducted structural calculations and prepared engineering drawings under the guidance of senior engineers, ensuring
compliance with building codes and standards.
