Responsible for Relationship building of current agents for further
Development and growth.
-To establish/Expand new agents network.
-Generate/Capture creative, new and out of the box ideas for Agents
Network expanding.
-Maintain regular communications with agents for motivation, training
And feedback.
-Identify issues and areas where improvement is required to increase
Overall performance/sales volume of the Agents Program.
-Deliver a smooth and effective communication channel between Agents,
Referrals and the different company departments.
(Telesales, Sales, client Services & accounts).
-Ensure a healthy pipeline of sales generating is maintained for Agents.
-Ensure sales targets are achieved.
