Develop and maintain the Lifetime OPEX Budget for the Event (in
collaboration with all Functional Areas).
• Perform and update budget estimations compared with the initial
budget, to fulfil the Scope of Work and deliverables of the functional
areas.
• Develop, monitor, and report against the Event budget providing
financial reports against anticipated final costs aligned to budgets.
• Manage assigned contracts from a financial standpoint.
• Act as the main interface with assigned agencies on all contractual
and financial matters.
• Attend meetings with vendors as assigned and monitor their
accountability to enable effective financial controls are applied.
• Tracking contracts spending cash balances to make sure that all
vendors’ payments are being made on time and generate updated
Contracts’ utilization reports needed to the client.
• Manage a management financial system.
• Work with functional team to ensure that the system designs are
accurate and that customizations are made as required by
business.
• Define and develop modules of the accounting software elements,
if needed (GL, AR, AP, Analysis & Audit).
• Update the financial system as needed to improve performance
and to accommodate changing requirements.

 Manage assigned HC/COMMS contracts from operational and financial
standpoints.
 Act as the main interface from the Support Services team with assigned
agencies on all contractual and financial matters.
 Provide resolutions to issues and concerns that are in line with the HC
Procurement and Contract regulations as well as financial rules & guidelines.
 Attend meetings with agencies on weekly basis and monitor their activities to
enable effective financial controls are applied.
 Develop reports in alignment with existing policies and procedures that would
inform management of updates and contract evolution.
 Run financial assessments of assigned HC contracts and support in overall
departmental financial management and analyses, on monthly and quarterly
basis.
 Secure and track payments - through close collaboration with the Commercial Team
