• Assess and plan Primary Health Care (PHC) centers’ equipments requirements and supplies
• Authorized to access & monitor status of SPRs through the Oracle System.
• Liaise with Primary Health Care Centers regarding operational issues.
• Deal with related issues regarding Military Police such as access stickers, etc.
• Arrange proper distribution of equipments to all PHC centers.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments with other departments in GHA with regards to operational issues and requirements of PHC centers.
• Assist in decision making for problems encountered in PHC center such as:
- Furniture and fixture medical and non medical requirements
- Need for ambulance units department vehicles requirements
• Plan and organize the schedule of materials / supplies distribution to PHC centers
• Coordinate between:
- PHC centers and Utility & Maintenance PHC to ensure equipments due for repair are attended within responsible time.
- PHC centers and King Abdulaziz Medical City - Riyadh warehouse to insure on-time delivery of supplies and pharmaceutical items to PHC centers.
- PHC centers and executive offices at King Abdulaziz Medical City - Riyadh in providing any required support.
• Create Official Memos, sign it from the Deputy Executive and send it to Departments’ heads; follow-up on the feedback.
• Follow-up PHC reports and provide summary.
• Plan to meet future needs of PHC equipments and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Deputy Executive Director - Operation

Major Achievements:

1- I am responsible to initiate the Electronic Special Purchase Requests (SPR’s) through the Oracle System for the PHC centers requirements.
2- I initiated a video call system through the computer using Office Communicator System (OCS) to be connected between all primary Health care centers and King Abdulaziz medical City’s departments to facilitate to the communication in / out Riyadh.

Policy Analyst at National Guard Health Affairs

• Maintains a centralized, categorized system of all health Affairs Policies & Procedures, including By Laws, Administration Policies and Procedures (APPs), the Employee relations manual (ERM), and Policy Memos.
• Assists with development of new policy guidelines to ensure standardization across National Guard Health Affairs and its affiliated hospitals and consistency with existing policy and governmental regulation.
• Provides assistance to all areas in the interpretation of all policies and procedures.
• Produces a centralized system and protocol for APP creation, review, and distribution for each Saudi Affairs national Guard (SANG) Health Affairs Facility.
• Develop and reviews each new or revised APP and make recommendations related to approval or disapproval.
• Ensure that each APP is being reviewed by concerned areas for standardization purposes.
• Facilitate and coordinate an annual APP update and review procedure and publish and distribute new and revised APP’s throughout the Health Affairs network.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
Major Achievements:

1- I created a system that combines the APP and its back history, to provide a full data about the APPs since it’s been created and all its amendments for all NGHA departments.

2- I created DPPs (Departmental Policy & Procedure) as detailed departmental policy for certain subject to be in line with the APP to be executed by other departments under same subject, later if any amendment action need to be taken for this DPP by this particular department, it will be circulated to the other departments through the APP, example:

Case Management/ Clinical Pathways Program Assistant at National Guard Health Affairs

• Perform retrospective or concurrent reviews on all cases of clinical pathways / case management to evaluate the quality of data collected.
• Participate in Site Visits to the various SANG Health Care Facilities to work with staff on the Clinical Pathways / Case Management program and its related activities.
Responsible for completion of a full and details site visit report within three (3) working days of return from all visits.
• Assist in training staff from various SANG Health Care Facilities in areas of Clinical Pathways / Case Management, SANG Health Affairs Quality Management programs, records requirements, techniques of data storage and other related areas as assigned.
• Participate on areawide mini focus studies which would be undertaken in conjunction with the Department and other SANG Health Affairs Directorates.
• Prepare monthly reports regarding SANG Health Affairs Program and Clinical Pathways / Case Management for the Steering Committee.
• Responsible for reviewing results of committee meetings, mini focus studies, QI (Quality Improvement) Team activities etc, from all assigned facilities and participating in preparation of quarterly reports for the Director of the Quality Management Department, Chief of Operating Officer, and the Total Quality Management Committee.
• Responsible for recommendations regarding annual review / revision within all SANG Health Affairs Clinical Pathways / Case Management activities, data bases, indicators, etc.
• Provide day to day operational support to King Fahad National Guard Hospital as assigned. Responsible for concurrent reviews, utilization reviews, retrospective monitoring, committee and QI Team assignments, referral of identified issues or concerns to appreciate department(s) or areas, etc.
