The job involved organizing and maintaining accurate records of graduate students' graduation documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy. This included providing updates to supervisors on missing documents and assisting in obtaining necessary documentation. Additionally, conducting Student Academic Review (SAR) sessions to help students with course selection and registration, distributing graduation documents, and archiving student files were key responsibilities. The role also included assisting students with course registration during Add & Drop week. My efforts were recognized as I was nominated for the Student Employee of the Year award.
The job involved using the Mnasati vendor platform to make adjustments to clients' websites, conducting training sessions for clients on how to use the platform, and analyzing potential clients' businesses. Additionally, the role included proofreading and filing contracts, working with account managers to implement client preferences on their websites, and maintaining and updating client information files.
