Material Accounting and Reconciliation
Preparation of Bank / Vendor / Customer Accounts Reconciliation Statement.
Preparation & Submission records of Freight.
Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices.
Managing financial reports and Assist with end of year preparation procedures.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
