Provide project proposal with the best quality of accuracy and presentation
Provide project proposal to the client within the slandered time span and respected deadlines
Manage work flow of the projects assigned
Provide value engineered and optimum solutions for the projects
Conduct quality inspection visits to the ongoing projects
Advice and guide the client technically
Provide systematical project detailing and full thermal and structural analysis for the project
Leading on the information management of the project through creating and maintaining a data base of 6000 households,
Updating database when needed and reporting updates to the project manager
Monitoring and organizing field-based activity managing project resources,
Preparing daily reports and budget analysis of site activities,
following up with the NRC and ACF logistic teams for invoicing and keeping project activities according to calendar.
Developing financial and progress reports for the management team.
Developing and reviewing project execution schedule as per project requirements.
Preparing and following up resourcing plan schedules with supervisors.
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, surveyor and quantity surveyors in the project.
Following up construction project implementation according to scope of works, project execution plan, BOQ's, and project budgets as per required contract documents.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
Following up material submittals and purchase orders.
Ensuring all materials delivered to the site comply with technical specifications and lab tests.
Ensuring all beneficiary data stay confidential in compliance to ACF and NRC’s data protection policy.
Assisted the Site engineer in the following tasks: the monitoring of site workers, the
implementation of structural procedures, the preparation of reports and statements; also
completed data entry, quantity surveying, supervision and other site tasks as assigned.

High Sound Isolation System.
Studied, researched and implemented a high sound isolation system for a firing range tunnel to
a military base using blocks and rubber and other damping materials. The project was
implemented successfully under my supervision along with a team of engineers.
