2012-update CONOCO (CSDGL) DCS operator
Conoco Syria Dezgas Ltd (CSDGL): • The DEZ gas plant processes 91 MMSCF of associated gas from the gathering stations in a Mechanical Refrigeration train and 282 MMSCF of natural gas from the Tabiyeh Field in a Joule Thompson (JT) Pressure Reduction train. The recovered liquids are fractionated into a Butane/Propane mix (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) and a stabilized condensate product.
• I am in charge of the following:
Cold Plant (Refrigeration) Slug catcher, air cooler (WSAC), Cooler separator, TEG contactor, Propane Chillers, Cold separator
Joule Thompson (JT) plant
Separators (test, production, cooler, cold), wet surface air coolers (WSAC)
Exchangers (plate, shell & tube) TEG contactor, JT valve
Dehydration Unit (Glycol) Contactor, Regeneration Package (boiler, surge & flash tanks, exchangers, filters, Glycol storage, Make up pump.
Propane Refrigeration System
Multi stages centrifugal compressor (YORK), Chillers Condenser, Accumulator, Economizer,
Propane storage, Transfer pump.
