 Applying commercial skills to meet sales and cost budgets.
 Completing projects related to retail stores within the budget and time constrains.
 Recruiting, developing and training staffs.
 Ensuring the team delivers good customer service.
 Meeting operational expectations by implementing and maintaining high retail standards.
 Supervising CRM activities and handling complains.
 Helping organise events and promotions
 Managing deliveries from suppliers and supervise warehouse operations.

 Create and maintain an active and engaged community on all brand channels, through content and campaign planning, creation, and execution.
 Working closely with wider marketing teams, advertising, content and CRM to develop integrated campaigns that are in line with core business objectives.
 Working with external teams and agencies to co-ordinate and implement additional activities, i.e. editorial content for the Currys blog, TechTalk, blogger/social outreach, etc.

 Research new market opportunities.
 Determine unmet needs and market structure.
 Map out potential customers & competitors.
 Developing and managing relationships with clients to gain an understanding of various marketing business processes including Brand Planning, and multi-channel promotional strategies.
 Analyzing company/client and industry data to identify market trends and opportunities.
