Leading & managing the department of Organizational Excellence in Human Capital Division to execute and achieve Tawuniya’s strategic objectives. Main responsibilities include: OD (Organizational restructuring, job evaluation and job analysis). Talent Management and Succession Planning (Building a pool of talents and successors to ensure business continuity).Training (planning and execution of training aligned with Tawuniya’s competencies to enhance employees’ capabilities and skills). Performance Management (Managing operational performance & strategic performance). Other tasks include HRMIS implementation project monitoring and post engagement survey action planning, employer branding and cultural change management in accordance with Tawuniya's strategy.
Support the development, and drive the achievement of STC strategy taking into account business priorities and HR strategy, diagnosing and delivering full talent interventions, Succession plans, Developing depth and breadth of Management Capability to build leadership talents for the future in STC.
Working on different projects, which include building and re-vamping STC development programs to meet STC strategic goals to attract and retain top talents. Identifying critical roles in STC to be included in the succession planning exercise. Created new initiatives to be imbedded in HR sector aligned with other department such as (the buddy program, High Performers Program, IGrow initiative). Accomplishments includes ( designed a comprehensive program for 400 fresh graduates for 2018 with multiple tracks that include filed visits, rotations, and solid development activities and professional certifications, successfully increased Career Management General Department score by 20% in the Health Organization Index OHI in 2017)
Worked with the Learning& Talent division in multiple projects to achieve SABB strategic goals, projects I participated in include: building talent pipeline for the senior managerial positions and key roles to ensure business sustainability, designed career development plans for the executives, senior managers and managers across the bank, creating customized training and developmental programs run by the top business schools to enhance leadership, strategic thinking and decision making, preparing short assignments and attachments for SABB employees to HSBC group globally depending on the business needs, managing the integration between Talent management and Performance Management as well as other functions according to the HSBC standards. Accomplishments: (successfully managed a portfolio of 200 talents from assessment to development, attached more than 20 talents with HSBC group, earned a significant increase in the people engagement survey up to 30% between 2014- 2016).
Worked with the Department of Planning and Development in government development projects. My tasks included the following: updating organization structuring and restructuring and organization manual using MS Visio based on the assigned visions and objectives of each GD, participated in work flow process re-engineering for the Civil Affairs’ national ID project to automate part of its services, updating and creating new policies and procedures in compliance with the future requirements and regulations, supported and enhanced employees transfer inside the Civil Affairs based on it’s the organization needs.
Worked in the Training and Development Section in the Human Resources department with few projects that I played a major role in including the following: Establishing and implementing a training and development section from scratch starting from creating and updating more than 20 policies and procedures, creating job descriptions for the administrative departments within Royal Commission Health Services Program, implementing department policies, procedures in accordance with best international practices (JCI standards) and ensuring its availability in the intranet, transforming the performance management system from a paper based approach to an electronic based one. Accomplishments included (creating a competency based performance appraisals linked in to the training needs analysis and development for more than 900 employees and successfully conducted different courses and developmental activities for RCHS staff).
Worked for one of Northrop Grumman's subsidiary as a trainer assistant and an interpreter with the Saudi National Guards. Responsibilities include coordinating the training, translating relevant documents and provide support in terms of facilitating the communication between Vinnell employees and the Saudi National Guards. Accomplishment includes ( translation of the training manuals, documents and performing the training of more than 50 individuals ).
