Manage overall IT services operation and policy enforcement, IT infrastructure team Operations and performance, Manage budget, Capex and Opex, Manage the IT infrastructure projects, Participate in business application development like: HRMS, WMS, OTL, EDDM, OBI, OTM. create IT Infrastructure capacity plans. Insure backup and restoration procedure and policy applied, Insure availability and reliability of overall IT services, Build disaster recovery plan and solutions. Align business needs and IT infrastructure services and resources support, Insure infrastructure have reliable support contract, Set department and team SMART objectives with alignment of the company values and vision, Assemble risk management plans and work effort documents.
