I worked at “Almajdouie Group” as Payroll Specialist” on ORACLE SYSTEM since April 2011 up to 1 Oct 2014, and the responsibilities of my job were as the following: - Process and complete payroll on monthly basis through accurate inputs of actual date joining, leave taken, and salary advance and deductions. - Set-up payroll arrangements for new hires and terminate ex-employee profiles. - Manages the on-going daily processes of payroll and benefits ensuring adherence to guidelines and regulations. Ensures that all required reports completed and filled. - Assist in payroll and timesheet audit activities. - Prepare clear and accurate payroll records, coordinate payroll runs; review and edit documents, correct errors and balances for each period. - In charge of routine reports related to payroll activities; providing information and data for payroll adjustments to general ledger as necessary. - Ensure that employee’s information and data are accurate in the payroll system. - Maintain and control the outstanding loan accounts, such as car loans, personal loans, advance salary, and ensuring that all deduction are correctly settled on the system. - Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner. - Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions. - Calculate and finalize annual leave entitlements. - Calculate and finalize final settlements, end of service payments and other contract termination procedures.
• I worked for Alzamil-John Crane Company, which is located in Saudi Arabia, Dammam, as an accountant for 8 months period.
I applied for Saudi Aramco Company in the summer program (B), as an accountant for 3 months period in 2006.
