Maintenance Department: - ➢ Manage, control and coordinate all Maintenance Dept. contracts, scope and budget, ensuring all safety, quality and environmental requirements are met ➢ Manage, plan, direct, prioritize and oversee maintenance requirements. ➢ We do Preventive Maintenance Plan in coordination with the production department. ➢ Improve the Efficiency and Reduce the Breakdown of Machine by Period Maintenance ➢ Controlling stock of Spare Part. ➢ Recently we make Some Adjustment (Automation) To Reducing Manpower. ➢ Monthly Report about Performance of Machine and Mentioned the Cost of Maintenance. Quality Department: -

➢ We follow the ISO system, ➢ We made specifications and became standard for us after taking the approval of ISO ➢ Inspect with our Quality Engineer the Quality of production by Used Special Method for taking Sample and also Raw Materials. ➢ If There Any Problem I Contact with Supplier Direct and Solve Problem. ➢ Contact with Customer for Technical Support.

Warehouse Department: - ➢ Inventory control of raw materials and Making Orders Throw Procurement Management. ➢ We use a specific policy in inventory management, which is followed up by us to reduce storage costs. ➢ In coordination with logistics management, the goods (Finish Product) are delivered to the customer

Monitor, follow the process of production, maintenance and report to Director of maintenance and production.

Responsible for the maintenance process and provide the necessary parts for plant equipment and machinery, maintenance plans and daily report to the plant manager.
