Principal accountabilities:

Primary purpose of the job:
- Responsible for the efficient operation of those branch activities assigned by the Branch Manager, in line with the company policies. Achievement of the agreed departmental budgets and branch objectives.
- Responsible for the sale of the company's products within the region to meet the annual volume, revenue and profit targets set by the Management.


Principal accountabilities:
- Maximize Sales of all Franchisees .
- Develop and maintain a highly motivated work force within the Branch.
- Meet or exceed the annual budget target for the franchisees by ensuring the effective sales coverage of all the region.
- Meet the annual sales objectives set by Management.
- Conduct professional sales negotiations with prospective buyers and ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of the business relationship.
- Produce realistic and timely sales forecasts for the franchise to assist. H.O. Product Management in their inventory planning.
- Ensure the staff under my supervision to receive the necessary training and counseling to conduct their jobs in a professional manner.
- Monitor and documents all relevant market and competitive activities for the franchisees to assist Management in their strategic sales planning.
- Keep the branch Manager constantly abreast of progress and activities of the assigned responsibilities .
- Ensure staffing levels are in accordance with approved manpower levels with the assigned areas.
- Assume the full responsibilities of the Branch in all respects in the absence of the Branch Manager.

Achievements
As a team player and a seals manager I led a team of sales to deliver results measured in growth of revenue, Units and customer satisfaction, and my last achievement was for Zahid Tractor - Dammam (K.S.A) on the 2008 GCC 3ed Quarter campaign with 118% achievement scoring the 3ed position after Abu Dhabi and Dubai for Volvo cars, and closing the year of 2008 with 81% achievement witch was a good result considering the world wide economic crisis.

Principal accountabilities
- Plan the daily activity of Sales Department to ensure maximum productivity from all personnel.
- Actively assist in the closing of retail business.
- Control stocks to meet volumes and current promotional activity and sell prior to the stock accruing interest charges.
- Recruit and upgrade sales personnel to meet the market needs. This includes training, incentives and motivation.
- Actively promote the sales of new and used Cars throughout the Region, utilizing showrooms, resellers, off dealership activity, etc.
- Control the Department's operating budgets with regard to expenses, operating costs, staffing levels, profitability.
- Launch new initiatives, fleet leasing, used car sales, new model introductions & sales campaigns.
- Ensure that showrooms are tidy, clean and in a presentable and attractive condition.
