I work as quality assurance auditor at wathnan mall, masker hyper market. and responsible for restaurant hares elwaldam, khan konafa sweets and
1)Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities in the food production areas
To avoid food contamination and related risks.
2)Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws /
international standards in Food safety
3)Evaluate the corrective actions taken for the non-conformance noted during the
audits
4) Monitor and check the personal hygiene conditions & working habits of the staff
(nails short and clean -short hair and covered-……etc)
5).Identify and report structural deficiencies in the food operation
6).Manage and maintain an effective pest control system
7).Manage and maintain a satisfactory waste disposal system
8).Review and follow up on the microbiological results from food laboratory
9).Manage and maintain the traceability system established
10).Manage and review food complaints effectively
11).Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records
12).Periodically review the food safety system
13).Conduct training in food safety and hygiene for the food handlers
14)Ensure the top management is fully aware of high risk areas for the food-borne illness.
15)make sure to extract health certificates of staff and follow renewed before
.its expiry
16)I inspection of freezers and refrigerators, making sure to record
temperatures on time, follow-up breakdowns and ensure regular maintenance work
and coordination with maintenance companies
17)follow-up maintenance works in the private hypermarkets and make sure
resolved ASAP
18)coordination with municipal Doctors and took of them the FAQ and applied
in different sections hypermarkets
19)follow-up to every new municipal law, and through the good relationship
with the doctors and employees of municipal to avoid any violations
20)liaising with Municipality and government bodies for required certifications
and approvals
*Food Inspection league pass on schools, hospitals, malls and shops and bakeries Government places and premises, factories, etc
*Monitor quality safety
* To do campaign against food poisoning
*Doing health education for school students through training courses
* Fulfilment of Environmental Health Monitor
* Infectious disease control to supervise the infection control team
* Supervising the necessary vaccinations for children
* Surveillance of endemic diseases
* Monitor security and health safety professional to factories and establishments
*Manage and maintain an effective pest control system.
*Manage and maintain a satisfactory waste disposal system.
*Review and follow up on the microbiological results from food laboratory. .
*Conduct training in food safety and hygiene for the food handlers.
