My roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Checking and ensuring coordination between architectural design and all other design disciplines.
- Participated in proactive coordination with internal and external design disciplines to achieve a high-quality consistent set of presentation or design documents as per Client requirements and Industry standards.
- Client engagement to present design output or progress.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of discipline BIM model information and presentation.
- Identifying issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of senior project management as necessary.
- Obtaining approvals from different Authority bodies: MEW, KFD and Kuwait Municipality, etc.

Responsible for facilitating the coordination of the architectural and engineering services on various projects and assisting the Principal Architect with project coordination at all stages; from concept design through to contract documentation.

My roles and responsibilities as an Architect at AJC included, but are not limited to, the following:
o Preparation of initial concept drawings, schematic drawings, and preliminary designs for various scales of projects.
o Developing 3D models and Renderings for various typology of projects.
o Preparing and developing 2D and 3D illustrations for various presentation reports.
o Aided in the preparation and the development of Technical Proposals for various scales of projects.
o Aided in preparation of tender documents and formulating the bill of quantities.
o Prepared Architectural Working Drawings for various residential and institutional buildings.
o Technical Coordination of Architectural drawings, SMEP services drawings and Reconciling conflicts.
o Preparation of BIM Execution Plan and BIM Manuals.
o In charge of implementing BIM protocols and updating BIM workflow within AJC.
o Co-ordinating with sub-consultants and clients on BIM & construction methodology.
o Generation of quantity take offs, cost and material schedules using BIM.
o Supervising the modelling team and scheduling co-ordination meetings among different disciplines (MEP services, Structure, and Infrastructure).
o Modelling, reviewing, and monitoring the accuracy of architectural/construction models.
o Involved in the Research and Development within AJC to improve the overall Revit/BIM workflow and help the concept design team move their ideas to Revit quicker.

After fulfilling my Internship term at Pace, I was hired as an interim Site Engineer for a period of three weeks in Hawally Courts Complex project, all whilst still being an undergraduate student.
My duties and responsibilities as an Architect at PACE included, but are not limited to:
o Review & Approval of IRs (Inspection Requests) submitted by the contractor.
o Review of Shop Drawings submitted by contractor.
o Review & Approval of materials/ finishes at site including corrective decisions.
o Review & Approval of finishes and mock-up at site.
