Graduation project: "Identifying Skin Diseases Using Fluorescence Spectroscopy", the project was developed using MATLAB and it explores the application of pattern recognition techniques to the discrimination and classification of species. The methods developed are Fisher Factor and Principal Component Analysis as the feature extractors and Euclidean distance, Nearest Neighbor, K-Nearest Neighbor and Artificial Neural Networks as the classifiers.
