- Work on developing creative content and creating monthly calendars for the digital channels.
- Responsible for creating digital buyer persona for the brand and analyze the customer needs, wants and
demand.
- Responsible for Social media monitoring and listening through digital channels through tools like (Awario, Mention, Social Bakers, Fan page Karma).
- Brief and Communicate with advertising agencies on project implementations and evaluate the creative ideas they present.
- Choose the agency based on the optimum presented ideas, with trying to reach the lowest budget within the budget frame given.
- Work on annual marketing budget plan and analyze the department expenses as per the previous year and calculate the new marketing channels expenses.
- Responsible for all the communications with the agencies, and tracking their performance
- Work with the digital agency (Raya Social media) on the annual media plan, with revising all the details.
- Work on SEO and keywords optimization for Aman Micro Finance website.
- Responsible for the internal communications events preparations including branding and announcements.
- Conducting online market research based on tracking the online customer, for choosing the right market strategy.
- Work on Insights & analytics tracking through using monitoring tools to prepare weekly, biweekly and
monthly reports on performance & Competitor analysis.
- Responsible for the new offices branding and openings.
- Work on ATL videos productions to be aired on TV and launched online.
- Responsible for the BTL activities such as Exhibitions for our client products and Roadshows.
- Responsible for analyzing the customer satisfaction survey held quarterly.
1- Responsible for handling HR Recruitment for all departments in Aman Consumer Finance and Aman Micro Finance from grade 6 to grade 10 (Junior, Senior and supervising levels).
2- Thoroughly study job descriptions and start looking for potential candidates.
3- Developing candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet
searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals.
4- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
5- Applying social media concept in recruitment process through digital marketing initiatives withthe social
media team.
6- Determining the criteria of every section to assure selecting the appropriate talent.
7- Plan interview and selection procedures including calls, assessments and in personinterviews.
8- Track and follow-up on all candidates; evaluated on the ability to connect with potential candidates and
set interviews.
9- Serve as corporate ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
10- Preparing daily recruitment reports (Joiners and leavers - Tracking - Medical checkup - Current
11- Sheet) and reporting tracking report to the HR Director weekly.
12- Responsible for exit interviews report and turn over analysis.
