• Deal with the VVIP & Royalty community
• Achieve sales targets and targets for specific services offered in general and all kind of gift items and luxury jewelry.
• Development and present Jawahir Al Sharq Jewelry value proposition in line with potential customer critical success factors.
• Increase the sales target 20% for first two years.
• Hire and train new employees for the sales floor
• Generate and review daily sales report

• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
• Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc..
• Managing campaigns on social media.
• Hire personnel for the events
• Oversee the design and production of print materials and publications.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
• Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
• Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
