Oversees all help desk activities and Responds to escalated help desk issues.
Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
User and group management, Access restrictions, Security, Share folder and Permissions.
Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level.
Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned.
Responds/acts on upper-management direction.
Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.
Following up with renewals for domains, backup software licenses, SSL certificates for exchange server etc, .
Assigning, configuring, and maintaining the IP phones (Avaya) and troubleshooting issues.
Familiar with remote desktop tools such as Any desk, Team viewer, Zoom, Microsoft teams etc.
Daily checkups for internet and Troubleshooting internet service.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.
Installation and configuration of local and network printers, scanners, copiers.
Resolving the issues either face to face or over the phone.
Insurance Software Experience:
Solving all issues in insurance system for all departments ( motor, claims, general insurance, life, medical, hr, account)
Create new screens for department
Create and manage users.
Managing and creating reports for all departments and top management. (daily/ monthly/ yearly)
Manage fiscal period and claims period production period
Communicate with providers for new requirements.
Daily backup.
