• Facilitates visa issuance, renewal and cancellation.
• Process and applies employments visa of all Hotel Employees including submissions of requirements and
coordination of medical examinations.
• Ensures proper documentation of all visa transactions, cross checks visa charges and sends daily visa
reports to Accounts Department.

Municipality and Government Hospitals.
• Follows up on visas and other ongoing issues with the Government Relations Manager/PRO on a daily
basis.
• Escorts leavers to the airport when necessary.
• Leads and organizes team and sport activities for all employees.
• Takes in Charge of the Visa Department in the absence of the Manager.
• Part of the Human Resources Rebranding team from the Monarch hotel to the H hotel

bank account application, no objection certificates etc.
• Updates employee’s information for both new as well as resigned/terminated colleagues on to the Dubai
Police CID website.
• Issues I.D Cards, buggy licenses as well as Abra licenses.
