Manpower Strategies & Optimization Section:
Responsibilities and rules:
Recruitment Related Duties:
- Maintain Recruitment Allocations (Internally & Externally) across all STC Sectors.
- Distribute the recruitment shares on STC Sectors.
- Maintain and develop the recruitment budget (Manpower Headcount level) .
- Distribute and control the budget of Recruitment shares.
Redundancy Management:
- Develop new ERP (Early Retirement Packages) for targeted employees.
- Develop a methodology for targeting redundant employees.
- Analysis and reporting of ERP Statuses.
Manpower Planning:
- Job Leveling for Manpower Headcounts (after the process of Manpower Planning).
- Identify targeted units for MPP optimization plans.
Other Optimization and Strategic Duties:
- Saudization Control.
- Any Manpower-related initiatives.
- Participating on Current Strategic Manpower Plan of STC (working with consultancy Firm)
- Periodically reports of Manpower in STC (Manpower Demographics in STC)
- Periodic analysis and reports

Recruitment:
- Managing the manpower planning and budgeting vacancies.
- Review Job descriptions with Hiring Manager.
- Posting Jobs through company's career website and other recruitment websites.
- Managing agreements with Head hunting agencies. - Managing and monitoring career website for the company.
- Screening, shortlisting, reviewing, and interviewing candidates.
- Maintaining of total vacancies list and update top management with staffing reports.
- Handling candidate file from sourcing stage till successfully hiring. - Psychometric Assessments for candidates.
- Participating in interviews.
- Preparing contracts and Offers.
- Managing relationship with Head Hunters.
- Coordinate and participate in Career Days in various Universities.
Plus to HR Operations:
- Payrolls.
- Leaves.
- Employee Relations.
- Reporting and analysis.
Recruitment:
- Assist in Recruitment
- Searching for CVs and scan them
- Coordinate with other Functions for interviewing candidates

Employees Services:
- Provide employees with necessary documents and letters
- Employees Files
- Payrolls and GOSI
- set ups for new joiners
- responsible for all HR internal communications
- Monitoring leaves
Training:
- Coordinate with external training channels
- Negotiate for Training proposals
- Coordinate with regulatory training centers
Duties:
- Interviewing participating
- All types of Personnel procedures (Deputations, Leaves, Travel orders, Visas, Medical Insurances, Employment Certifications… etc)
- Preparing all kind of reports (Attendance, Annual leaves scheduling)
- Reviewing, scanning and selecting CVs
- Preparing Job offers, Contracts.
- E-Archiving
- Preparing Payrolls, Salaries, and GOSI
- Follow-up and update data of all employees in the Oracle ERP system
- Administer all issues of Medical Insurance Policy (claims, additions, & deletions).
Assist in all PR duties e.g;
* all printing documents (e.g. annual report, brochures, corporate papers)
* participating in all corporate events (exhibitions, meetings, sponsorships)
* some administration duties; (typing, preparing letters, filing, archiving, )
* issue a weekly press report and send it to all staff.
* handling all press works; (Ads, press releases)
*complete project handling (annual report A-Z)
* e-mailing field news
* organizing meetings and appointments
* designing some company ads.
