Hayman wastewater treatment project with WTE Wassertechnik GmbH which is a wastewater treatment plant
spanning over 375, 000 m2 area which will collect the sewage water from Ugaila and Sabah Al Ahmad stations. The
sewage will be treated and sold back to MPW to utilize as irrigation water.

Appointed by the Head Office in Kuwait as a Contract Manager / Claims Advisor for the Waste Water
Treatment plant in Lusail, Qatar. The project valued QR 850 million and was carried out by a joint venture
team with Degremont of France, Mushrif of Kuwait and Marubeni of Japan. Managed all claims between
the joint venture parties as well as the client, and closed the project accounts.
* Coordinated efforts in developing claim settlement strategies for construction management processes and
implemented these successfully.
* Compiled the data for each JV contractor and client cases.
Achievement:
* Closed final project accounts and effectively managed the handover process.
* Was appointed at the final stages of the project when the project files were not regulated under policies and
procedures; got assigned the job to ensure all client collateral was then adjusted and controlled.
* Received acknowledgement from the Arbitrator for demonstrable excellence of the final presentation.

Primarily tasked with establishing and managing operations for the Qatar office. Started in July 2008 with
focus on mid-size projects.
Achievements:
* Successfully designed and implemented GTM plan for launching and expanding Qatar Operations - gathered market
intelligence, inspected the most profitable segments for targeting, and determined the pricing strategy to reach out to
them.
* Successfully sustained the firm and operations during the financial crisis.
* Head entire gamut of project activities interacting with clients, consultants and local authorities related to
construction activities, contractual dealings, and completion of job complying with safety and quality parameters.
* Served as an On-Board Advisor for scaling up, market expansion, new product induction, operations, and financial
overview.
* Secured the Qatar Finance House head office building project, comprising of two basements, a ground floor and a
first floor.
* Effectively secured KGL Logistics project on a design build basis, with plot land area spanning over 17, 000 sq. m. The
project included 11, 000 sq. m warehousing facilities, 1, 500 sq. m of offices at first floor level and 3, 000 sq. m labor
camp attached to the warehouse.
* Carefully followed up on the finishes of Starbucks renovation, the finishes works of Hagen Daz and the finishes
of Qatar Finance House.
