Started the work as a project director for the Investment Housing Project Program management scope. The owner is PAHW. The project initial budget is above 1 billion KD.
Moved back to CANAR head office to carry out the duties of a Projects Manager. Also currently supervising the Um Al
Hayman wastewater treatment project with WTE Wassertechnik GmbH which is a wastewater treatment plant
spanning over 375, 000 m2 area which will collect the sewage water from Ugaila and Sabah Al Ahmad stations. The
sewage will be treated and sold back to MPW to utilize as irrigation water.
STFA Contracting
Started working with STFA Contracting Whom are joint ventured with CANAR Trading & Contracting Co. in
the capacity of a Deputy Project Director for the KOC Small Boat Harbor at North and South Harbor in
Kuwait. Currently handling the entire scope of the project while maintaining an excellent relation with
both the Client and the Consultant. Managing all the sub-contractors and resolving all related issues with
the consultant and the client to maintain smooth operations of all project tasks.
* Interface and coordinate with management, client, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure synergy at all levels.
* Oversee all aspects of management of contractors and establishing processes to control the delivery of the works.
* Provide on-site management and quality control to ensure projects meet time and budget requirements and are built
in accordance with contract documents.
* Provide assistance to clients in change management, budget and schedule recovery, customer relationship
management on projects and in instituting successful construction activity work processes.
* Ensure the project will mitigate all time lost and will be completed as pert he revised time schedule.

Project. Worked in the capacity of the Company Authorized Representative on the College of Engineering
at Qatar University, handling the entire scope of the project including the Finishing works and
Laboratories. Manage Contractors and resolve all outstanding issues with the Consultant and client to
maintain smooth operations of all project tasks.

Was drafted by the head office in Al Khobar to lead the launch and setting up of the firm in Qatar;
participated in the preparation of the business plan for the company. Currently the company is finalizing its
registration here in Qatar.
Appointed by the Head Office in Kuwait as a Contract Manager / Claims Advisor for the Waste Water
Treatment plant in Lusail, Qatar. The project valued QR 850 million and was carried out by a joint venture
team with Degremont of France, Mushrif of Kuwait and Marubeni of Japan. Managed all claims between
the joint venture parties as well as the client, and closed the project accounts.
* Coordinated efforts in developing claim settlement strategies for construction management processes and
implemented these successfully.
* Compiled the data for each JV contractor and client cases.
Achievement:
* Closed final project accounts and effectively managed the handover process.
* Was appointed at the final stages of the project when the project files were not regulated under policies and
procedures; got assigned the job to ensure all client collateral was then adjusted and controlled.
* Received acknowledgement from the Arbitrator for demonstrable excellence of the final presentation.
Primarily tasked with establishing and managing operations for the Qatar office. Started in July 2008 with
focus on mid-size projects.
Achievements:
* Successfully designed and implemented GTM plan for launching and expanding Qatar Operations - gathered market
intelligence, inspected the most profitable segments for targeting, and determined the pricing strategy to reach out to
them.

* Effectively secured KGL Logistics project on a design build basis, with plot land area spanning over 17, 000 sq. m. The
project included 11, 000 sq. m warehousing facilities, 1, 500 sq. m of offices at first floor level and 3, 000 sq. m labor
camp attached to the warehouse.
* Carefully followed up on the finishes of Starbucks renovation, the finishes works of Hagen Daz and the finishes
of Qatar Finance House.
