- Identify training needs and mapping out IKK training calendar with the Training Manager.
- Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) with the Training Manager.
- Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information.
- Checking if the employee is eligible to training by implementing training policy.
- Manage, coordinate and conduct all training programs.
- Distribute & analyze training quality and trainee evaluations.
- Submitting training reports to the Training Manager
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
Cooperative training program at Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu designed for college’s student where I have been participated in the (TNA, mapping out 2017 training, collecting trainees’ feedback, submitting training reports).
