• Fanar faulty of public health the project consists of 4 basements, ground floor, 7 floors, roof and top of roof. Built‐up area is 36, 000 m².
• UNMY (Public school funded by UN) Funded by UNICEF, the project consists of the construction of a New School Building in Mazraat Yachouh area, comprising a four‐level building. It provides classrooms and facilities for kindergarten, preliminary, elementary and secondary sections. The total constructed area is 5, 977 m² excluding external car parking and external works
• Lebanese National Library: 9‐month restoration Historical Building The project consists of 8 Basements, a Ground Floor with landscaped area, and 14 Doors, with a total built‐up area of 18, 000
• Sequoia 1046 ‐The project consists of 5 basements and 10 floors. The total built up area is around 11, 000m. Sequoia project is prestigious offices building in the heart of Beirut. This Building includes Enterprises A.R. Hourie
Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
• Handling, programing, and supervising daily activities
• Assigning multidisciplinary tasks to qualified personnel

• Budget 40 million riyals.
Essential Responsibilities and Functions:
• Monitoring Project schedule and projection of Estimated duration for completion of work.
• Onsite managements of work force and equipment.
• Monitoring quality of work and materials upon delivery and during assembly
• Engaging with stakeholders when need arises.
• Contacting and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on time delivery of project materials and resources.
• Issuing of IRs and MIR, Reporting NCR and filing all documentations as per companies protocols and procedure
Personal Highlights:
• During my 8 months work I was assigned to directly manage and supervise the installation of curtain wall system and facade works on two stations and I was able to close a 3 month of delay in schedule.
• Design and Fabrication of a Glass mounting device approved by Third parties and Safety that allowed glass installation team to proceed at a higher rate which eventually contributed to closing the delay gap in project schedule.
o Overseeing the tender documents preparation of any or all projects including the design and development of engineering drawings, plans, specifications and bills of quantities related to all disciplines. Reviewing structural designs
o Checking, interpreting, and revising engineering drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
o Demanding the provision of shop drawings by contractors upon the need for further clarifications and detail.
o Managing preparation and archiving of As-built drawings required for handover.
o Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect and ensuring that all revision plans are communicated diligently
o Filing daily reports and inspection request
o Supervising and approving concrete pouring activities and monitoring test results
o Executing projects at or below set deadlines and budget
o Optimizing resources, material and equipment allocation
o Allocating costs, resolving problems between subcontractors, and ensuring satisfactory contract completion
o Responsible for field construction operations within assigned discipline or area.
o Coordinates established area operational plans. Reviews scheduled work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by crafts and subcontractors. Monitors work activities and ensure the quality of work performed.
o Ensure the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
o Review reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, craft personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast from Contractor. Provides input for reports to Owner.
o Review use of tools and consumables on site and counsels contractor to ensure that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive.
o Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
o Perform employee reviews and identifies training and development opportunities for subordinate personnel.
o Ensure that safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility.
o Checking plans, drawing and quantities such as concrete, steel and excavations for accuracy of calculations.
o Overseeing quality control, the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
o Daily management of the site, including advising, supervising and monitoring the site labor forces and the work of subcontractor and ensuring the work performed according to the specifications.
o Attending meetings and planning the work to meet deadlines.
o Preparing reports to the manager and consultancy as required.
