• Manage all external and internal communications with the client, consultant, project team and other stakeholders.
• Lead project planning; facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables; define project tasks, resource requirements, project plans.
• Manage budgets within agreed plans, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and measurement framework.
• Regular produce all project required reports including performance reports according to the communication plan.
• Monitor the appropriate and timely documentation of all project related artifacts.
• Monitor overall project management practices.
• Actively manage relationships with diverse key internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and commitment to project objectives.
• Manage all activities within the project scope including: facilitating the customer and resources with their rights, documenting functional specifications, leading project teams, managing customer expectations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Conduct the daily standup meeting
- Prioritize the backlog with the input of the team
- Ensure that the code writing is happening smoothly
- Advise the developers on best practices
- Test the code and ensure it is bug-free
- Investigate problems and advise on solutions
- Improve applications by analyzing systems and giving ways to make the app better
- Manage sprints
- Run validation testing
- Prioritize tasks based on the client’s input
- Coordinate with the UI/UX designers for optimal performance
- Optimize the website for fast and error-free performance
- Identify user requirements and communicate the findings to the PM
- Assist in designing the site map
- Ensure proper documentation
- Run tests and debugging
- Give input to the PM about resources needed and task duration
