1 - Follow up the progress, movement and transport of equipment and vehicles in the projects.
2 - Follow up the periodic inspection of vehicles (MVPI), renew istemara for vehicles and issue in Tamm or traffic department.
3 - Follow up the work of the periodic and preventive maintenance of vehicles and equipment and prepare weekly and monthly reports on the condition of the equipment and the status of maintenance for it.
4 - Follow up the inventory of spare parts we are needed for preventive maintenance and continuity, and coordinate with the departments concerned with the provision and supply of spare parts, Material Inventory and Warehouses and inventory control of spare parts.
5 - Relationships with suppliers of spare parts, external agencies and external workshops.
6 - Giving directions to drivers and operators to maintain equipment and training them to drive equipment and vehicles, and driving licenses are issued to them.
7 - Public relations with the Traffic Department and the Municipality.
8 - Follow up the accidents and solve it with insurance company to repair it.
9 - Delegated from my Department to deal with the SAP- Finance Implementation Team by providing them with all necessary data, answering all their queries, attending all their training sessions and all them to be business plan discussions.
10 - Create and develop appropriate spreadsheets to assist in daily financial procedures and monthly analysis of information.
Receiving of new manpower request as per request from projects, verifying manpower details and requesting the minimum Job Descriptions/Qualifications to the Client, Forwarding the verified manpower request along with the Job Descriptions/Qualifications to the Agencies to source/recruit qualified CVs, review candidate’s and job applications before sending it to Client for their review.
Scheduling shortlisted candidates for the interview, Preparing Demand Letter/Job Order that needs to be attested for each respective country, Preparing Job Offer Letter/Employment Contract (Attested) for the selected candidates, Participating in negotiation over salary, Responsible for requesting visas, Responsible for making progress report for every candidate and sent to Client for their reference, Constant follow up to the Marketing Team, Agencies and Clients for every pending matter, checking to our Arrival Team if the candidates have really arrived then forwarding the information to the Client, Recruiting candidates within a set timeframe for continued business productivity.
