Oversees operational systems (inbound & outbound), processes while
looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
- Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic
solutions.
- Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing
the responsibilities of various business lines such as business analysis,
vendor, and risk management.
- Plays a significant role in long-term planning, project status reporting, and
implementing change control processes.
- Oversees and reports weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.
- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and
execution.
- Collaborates with other back-office team members to ensure seamless
business execution.
- Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients,
internal business lines.
- Solicits and responds to feedback while gaining commitment and support.
- Works closely with management team to ensure all operational,
administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly
executed.

packaging methods.
- Close communication with the company branches regarding the equipment
and fast-moving items.
- Monitoring the performance of shipping companies since pick up process

- Monitor closely sorting, packing, and shipping operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely picking/shipping processes with maximum efficiency.
- Ensure effective coaching methods throughout Outbound operations while
maintaining all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure continuous review and improvement of operational processes.
- Oversee daily monitoring efforts to meet productivity objectives.
- Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability including
budgetary control issues.
-Responsible of stock concerning the packaging material and following the
deliveries schedule to avoid any shortage.
- Arrange periodic meetings to review overall team performance.
- Confirm all shipping deadlines.
- Monitor key performance indicator (KPI) to track success and/or recurring
problems.
- Ensure safe work area and securing operations buildings, equipment at end of
shift.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Develop personnel to get appropriate back up/ successors in key positions.
- Tracking standards / assessments, supplies and equipment needed.
- Organize timing of shipments handover (logistic Companies).
-Cooperate with other warehouse departments to ensure perfect operations.
- Work on shipping the orders in perfect condition to the customers (Quality,
arrangement).
- Initiate different reports related to the performance, stock accuracy, available
packing material.
- Follow on all material purchasing orders with Procurement Department to speed
up their delivery on assigned time in order to avoid any shortage.
- Handling any complaints related to the operations - customer satisfaction.
- Monitor quality of ordered items to avoid any vices (damages, dirty).
- Private packing method for FMCG orders (food / No food), checking their
expiration date, quality, smell, fragile items, using different methods to keep liquids
in good condition.
-Maintain the stock accuracy and minimize misallocated items to keep the picking
process with higher efficiency.
-Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct
demand from customers.
- Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory.- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.
- Control picking exceptions and create the way to clear reasons.
- Control efficiency and performance of all operators.
-Prepare the orders in an efficient way to meet customers’ expectations.
- Specify a team to analyze data in order to eliminate the dead items out of the stock
to utilize all locations with moving items.
- Full knowledge of Inbound operations and RTO process.
In addition to Outbound operations, I handled linehaul operations from august
2019 till Feb 2020. I was assigned to kick off this project.
- Linehaul schedules to maximize capacity, minimize partial trailer loads and ensure
service integrity for assigned areas.
-Plans, schedules and succeeds the inbound and outbound Linehaul Operations for
the hub (RTO Pallets).
-Develops strategic plans to support peak volume.
-Organizes combination dispatches and follows up to ensure on-time delivery and
pickup of trailers
-Fosters a safety-conscious culture by supporting safety initiatives.
-Ensure and oversees an investigation of schedule delays, accidents and equipment
failures.
-Develop contingency plans to ensure on-time load delivery in the event of a route
breakdown or accident
-Analyze records relating to transportation safety programs and produces
performance and compliance reports.
-Accomplish daily operations, reports, pre alerts, emails, receipt confirmation to
insure maximum line haul efficiency.
-Focus on load plans from origin service centers monitoring cause and effect and
monitor results of each trucking company

-Follow all documents, letters and reports related to the back charges.
-Administer the submittal of variation orders.

accordance with the GCS.
-Check contract conditions of claims notifications; and if any variation work can
proceed before agreement of price and duties to the contractor.
-Create special log the interim and predicted payments of projects.
