.Provide legal advice to all commercial areas of the business (Commercial litigations, dispute resolution, etc.)
- Provide legal advice to all corporate areas of the business, e.g. incorporations, capital raisings, Amendment of the articles of association.
- Interpret and give advice on existing and new legislation.
- Manage registration/ protection of intellectual property rights (e.g. trademarks, patents, copyright etc.)
- Review, draft and/or negotiate all legal documentation (e.g. Contracts, Agreements, letters of intent, MOUs, NDA, standard terms and conditions, etc.).
- Interpret and give advice on contract compliance and enforcement.
- Manage resolution of all disputes (e.g. litigation, arbitration, claims).
- Ensure compliance with the laws and with accepted and applicable rules, regulations and standards.
- Select and manage all external legal advisors and trademark/patent attorneys.
- Provide legal advices to Board of Director, General Managers and Mangers.
- Investigate and handle all labor violations inside the company, implementing the labor law and internal work organization regulation.
- Draft and review all commercial agencies and distributor agreements, licensing agreements, franchise agreements …etc.
- Represent clients / company in negotiating legal documents and sign in their behalf.
- Drafting legal document, agreements, settlements, claims, responses, complaints, pleadings, petitions for Appeals before Court of Appeal and Court of Cassation in both Arabic and English languages .
- Enforcing Judgments, Pledges, Promissory Notes, Cheques at the Execution Departments
