The mission of the college is to train and qualify the manpower needed by the Royal Jordanian Air Force to achieve its operational requirements, through the maintenance of its inventory relating to Electrical, Electronics and Mechanical Systems and aircraft. In addition the college runs various other courses tailored to meet the needs of the Air Force. The college also collaborates with other educational institutions in programs aiming at serving the local community.
