• Performing routine monthly settlement checking operation of billing subsystem, making the necessary preparation of monthly settlement of each month, as well as performing routine monthly settlement operation of each month.
• Participating in analyzing and documenting customer requirements.
• Participating in performing source code editing, services preparation, installation and testing along with other Huawei maintenance staff.

• Participating in clarifying and covering all of problems that might affect the Mediation subsystem reliability, flexibility and performance. Things that may affect product quality and customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty.
• Participating in analyzing and documenting customer requirements.
Full responsibility of designing, installing and testing of MTN YEMEN Mediation DR project, as well as synchronization with main mediation project.
Mediation is the system used for collecting CDRs. The Mediation collects raw CDRs from network elements (NEs) and preprocesses the CDRs, such as converting CDR formats, and distributes the CDRs to the PRM for settlements.
