Evaluates the Operations’ productivity and efficiency, and sets achievement
targets.
* Monitors and audits the Operations Sections to insure the implementation of the
company's procedures.
* Continuously improves the quality and method of execution through undertaking
the necessary studies pertaining to new technologies or operating standards.

* Prepare the exit plan related to terminated employees in terms of preparing
the final package letter of discharge, termination letter in coordinating with
the legal department.

over time, insurance, NSSF, etc…
* Ensures that all documents (Warning Letters, Notification Letters,
Termination Letters, registration, termination and NSSF End of Service
letters are in compliance with the labor law).
* Follow up on issues raised by personnel site administrators and provides
necessary support.
* Follow up on the MOL yearly list of active employees is sent to the Ministry
and that all the data included is up to date.
* Follow up on company announcements and Memo and make sure that they
are properly communicated to the employees through official memos
(Holidays, summer time, NSSF, Insurance, etc…).
* Coordinates with the departments head for day to day issues (finance, legal,
recruitment, training, operations, etc…).
* Attend the medical committee meetings, investigate cases and submit the
needed recommendation.
* Supervise the National Social Security Department (NSSF)
* Follow up on the completion of all documents, and process to ensure proper
departmental performance and to meet deadlines.
* Supervise the activities of the NSSF section, ensuring new employees and
terminations registration on time.
* Ensures that the Annual Nominal Declarations are submitted on time, in
coordination with the finance department.
* Ensure that the medicines schedules are collected and submitted to the NSSF
as per the required and agreed date.
* Follow up on the monthly family allowances to unsure its inclusion in the
payroll.
* Follow up on the End of Service in coordination with the finance
department.
* Ensures the payment of schooling allowance is issued yearly by the ministry
of Labor (MOL) Decree and making sure of the proper implementation of
the company procedures.
* Monitor the NSSF procedures applied by subordinates to ensure proper
implementation and to meet deadlines.
* Prepares the monthly KPIs and annual reports (statistics, numbers, charts…)
and forward the final reports to the top management.
Develop and maintain registration for the Marathon.
*Manage registration processes including entering/modifying registration data,
producing reports and registration lists.
*Assisting and responding to attendee inquiries via phone and email in a timely
manner.
*Manage onsite setup of registration and preparation and dissemination of all
materials.
*Management of all onsite volunteers - creating processes and documents for a
smooth process onsite.
*Assist Event Managers with event logistics which include: bib number pick up,
menu selection, audio visual RFP’s, event rentals, recruiting and confirming
volunteers, videographer and photographer coordination, on-site event support,
event data entry and other event production elements.
