Job Responsibilities:
Implement Clint’s HS&E policy and international health and safety standards uniformly across all design and construction contracts.
In conjunction with the PDT, communicate the requirements of HSE to the design consultants and contractors and assist them in developing their HSE programs
Review Health, Safety and Environmental plans and procedures prepared by each design consultant and contractor for compliance with the project Health, Safety and Environmental policies
Ensure that the design consultants and contractors are complying with the HSE standards by conducting audits and regular HSE inspections
Provide leadership and direction to managers and professional staff within the programme team on Health, Safety, Environment & Security related matters
Prepare formal audit plans and carry out audits accordingly
Interface with regulatory HSE bodies
Prepare Health, Safety and Environment statistical Reports along with suggestions for improvement
In conjunction with consultants and contractors develop and implement action plans to improve Health, Safety and Environment performance
