Responsibilities:

• Develop work & PPM schedules and make adjustments to accommodate changing workloads.
• Evaluate staff productivity, efficiency, and other specific work quality performance indices.

• Keep the maintenance records up to date to support all future maintenance procedures.
• Verify process exists to ensure appropriate response to all service requests.

• Follow up equipment warranty/ after-sales service and maintenance contracts
• Follow up spare parts stock and be sure that sufficient stock is always available in stock
• Recommend equipment renovation, refurbishment, replacement, or re-deployment based on equipment age, failure rate, cost of service, and overall ability to support the clinical use.
• Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing service metrics; monitoring and analysing results; implementing changes.
• Perform complex repairs with the other service engineers in the team.
• Perform staff performance evaluations
• Collaborate with sales team to provide technical support and help achieving division targets.
• Communicate with manufacturers for technical updates, report installations, and complaints.
• Provide training and support to engineers as appropriate.
• Interview potential new hire candidates and makes hiring technical decisions.
• Initiate with HR department disciplinary actions and counsel employees when required.
