Duties:
• Responsible for the management of Accounts Department at the company, and assisting the Finance Manager in Financial Planning & Management.
• Prepare multiple scenarios for Balance Sheet and present it for higher management’s (FM, VP, & CEO) final decision.
• Prepare drafts for other financial statements (St. of Cash Flow, P & L, Retained Earnings ST) as well as Zakat File.
• Coordinate with FM in preparing budgets annually and quarterly.
• Review and audit monthly funding plan, flash report, corporate business plan (on-going projects’ actual and prospective work execution) and backlog reports.
• Review and audit receivables and payables ageing reports.
• Manage banks’ facilities and corporate banking relationships (MSR.44/)
• Prepare financial packages (including P&L, project’s cash flow statement, facilities requirements, etc.) in order to get projects’ specific facilities.
• Review and confirm suppliers, subcontractors & banks accounts’ reconciliations.
• Review and approve on requests for payment, cheques, transfers, etc.
• Assist FM in ensuring necessary funding sources for projects and monitoring modes and efficiency of spending.
• Overall supervision on Personnel Dept. (i.e. Review & approve on personnel financial aspects & reports, employees payroll, settlements, clearance, etc.)
