presenting choices and drawings ( master plan - Avon project - hand sketches ) supported with photos for plants pots irrigation units etc.
producing sales opportunities and finalizing deals and contracts
hiring lobar and supervising during landscape establishments and maintenance
calculating costs and minimizing expenses to fit budgets
cost and quotations reports to clients and myself
buying and maintaining machines used in work
preparing work and maintenance schedules
fertilizing and pesticides schedules
Responsible for supervision and coordination of maintenance foremen and assistance in all performance and activities.
Responsible for proper use and care of hand tools and mechanical equipment issued to Maintenance team members and emphasis on crew safety and proper use of equipments.
Plans landscaping/maintenance tasks.
Ensures crews maintain customer properties in the very best condition possible.
Ensures quality control of landscape maintenance.
Performs an annual cost report
Prepare annual program for the team .
maintain the daily training .
ensure the availability of the materials needed .
ensure the safety of the players.
prepare daily programs for camps before competitions.
organize national and international training camps.
ensure the understanding of the federation or association policy in training and choosing for the international competitions
Sells company services and products .
Develops list of prospective customers.
Creating idea to expand services for present customers.
Calls on prospects to explain features of services, cost, and advantages.
Calculates costs and estimated profits.
Prepares and submits estimate for client.
Prepares contract for client to sign or signs contract if successful bidder.
Writes orders and schedules initiation of services.
Confers with customers and company officials to resolve complaints.
