- Assisting the Head Cashier in making payments to various vendors and staff members in the Sun Accounting System.
- Assisting the Head Cashier in banking and bank liaison.
- Receiving monies and preparing the cash receipt vouchers and maintaining cash register.
- Maintaining the filing of cash office business and correspondence.
- Backing up the Head Cashier when he is on leave or absent from the office.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Head Cashier and or the Section Chief
- Arranging for initial commercial deals (Importing & Exporting).
- Supervising Shipping procedures.
- Performing Banking liaison and Bank Reconciliations.
