Alfanar Company is a top tier supplier of High Quality Electrical Equipment, Among its List of major Clients Includes Aramco, Sabic and the Saudi Electricity Company.
I am currently assuming the following responsibilities fro Saudi Electricity Company Account :
• Schedule production to align with project delivery date.
• Verification that materials are delivered at site and accepted.
• Communicate with Client and Warehouse Personnel for Issues related to Site Service and Problem reporting.
• Present Reports on the Delivery Status and Project progress.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests along with Client Representative.
• Obtain Material Acceptance and Release form from Client technical Dept.
• Resolve conflicts arising from data entry errors from Client Side.
• Obtain proof of deliver for Site delivered materials.
• Supervise Billing to Client.
• Study and Client requests for early or delayed delivery. and provide recommendations to Management.
Alfanar Electrical Systems is Saudi Company and the industrial arm of Alfanar Group manufacturing a variety of low, medium and high voltage electrical construction products.
• Responsible for coordination and entering projects into production pipeline.
• Formulate and Schedule production to align with project delivery date after checking with Factory Production Team,
• Coordinate with procurement dept. To issue all purchase orders for project components and follow up for updates on material delivery status.
• Support customer by suggesting equal alternatives with shorter delivery periods in order to enhance project delivery time.
• Communicate with customers for the project delivery dates and periodically update for the project progress and current status.
• Plan and witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) to ensure material meets customer requirements and as per the agreed upon specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise onsite service and repair cases.
• Generate weekly & monthly reports to management on project status and critical issues.

•Project coordination & project control with factory to ensure project schedule adherence.
• Coordinate customer material inspection &ensuring all comments are applied prior to Client Delivery
• Customer billing and follow-up for payments.
• Report generation on monthly sales, forecasted billing, project tracking and open issues.
• Preparation of O&M Manuals and As Built drawings for all completed projects.
• Plan, coordinate Commercial, Networking & Customer Meeting Events.
• Project Document Filing and organization.
• Customer onsite service and complaint coordination and follow-up.
• Office Maintenance scheduling and control.
• Customer correspondence and communication management.
• Coordination for Finished goods logistics' and delivery to customer site.
