Palm Hills Developments is one of the largest real estate developments in Egypt I was based on project site at the north coast I was tasked with assistant employees with information technology daily tasks, Serve as project coordinator and point of contact for the IT department, fielding requests, organizing schedules, maintaining filing systems, and developing administrative process improvements, Manage hardware ordering process and coordinate inventory of IT assets, Coordinate contracts with vendors and suppliers, including managing invoicing, and payment processes, Perform systems administration functions for designated information systems / technologies, Ability to move computers and setup for users, Escalate issues to management, Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment, Promptly analyzing incident tickets and end-user incoming call, problems and support requests to determine restoration strategy and approach
Zerotech provide customers with industry-leading security systems including video surveillance systems, fire alarm, intrusion alarm, finger print and access control, home automation, video intercom, sound systems. My job as Technical Support was to visit clients, project sites, repair system damages, install replace systems identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, Diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, Installing and configuring hardware and software, Replacing or repairing the necessary parts, Supporting the roll-out of new applications, Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Providing direct technical assistance and support to the staff for network, hardware and software issues. Duties include installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware on desktops and laptops, resolving internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless), providing network printer support, meeting with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed/requested, providing training to staff on software and hardware use, determining causes of computer/software/network malfunctions through evaluation and testing and resolution via modifications, repair, or external support assistance.
