I studied general human resource management concepts in all HR disciplines, in addition to human resource development and analysing and designing training programs, change management techniques, performance appraisals,reward management, we were also engaged in analysing and discussing real life cases from an HR perspective. In addition, we studied E-commerce, Marketing,Employment Law,industrial relations,International human resource management and corporate strategies. Recognized by the University of Surrey as the best student for the MSc. HRM during 2000. I was awarded the "BEST STUDENT PRIZE" in the 2001 HRM course at the University of Surrey in coordination with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development-UK. My thesis was published by Emerald UK in the Journal of Managerial Psychology in 2003.
